Rotel Chicken Casserole

First off, what a great, fun way to share recipes! Also, outcomes, maybe even pictures. Look out food network!

This recipe is super easy, and after a long day at work, I'm all about easy.

Ingredients:
1 lb. chicken strips or breasts
1 can Rotel (any kind you like)
1 can cream of chicken soup
sour cream
2-3 cups shredded cheese
corn tortillas

Preheat oven to 350, boil chicken until cooked, then shred. (time saving tip:buy a whole roasted chicken at your grocery deli, then shred)
Mix 1/2 shredded cheese, shredded chicken, rotel, cream of chicken in a bowl.
In a large casserole dish, layer corn tortillas-chicken mixture-corn tortillas-chicken mixture
Fill to top with remaining cheese
Cook 40 minutes
Top with sour cream
Enjoy!
